“ It was a cold winter evening after a long walk in the ‘Spectrum’ museum. We were on our way to the underground, struggling with every breath and step, and every coffee spot was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. And suddenly on my left I saw a window down below, and in my heart a timid hope arose. Somehow I knew that it won’t be just another pseudo-espresso-Nescafe-something shite, but a pure specialty coffee gold. And that appeared to be true. I asked for a cup of latte, I made a sip and I dove into the bliss… The bartender Silvio is a real Upper — he will definitely take you high from the darkest bottom, whatever that spot may be in your life at the moment. ”

“ I really like the vibe. Its cozy with warm amber lighting and feels like a slight hole in the wall without being one. The coffee and chai latte was fantastic. My partner said "best coffee we've had on this trip". I also really appreciated the owner asking someone to politely move over on the long bench so we could have a seat to enjoy our drinks. It's a small and a busy place so be prepared to sit next to a new friend and be considerate of your space. When I'm back in Berlin, will be back. Bonus: There is a postcard feature on the wall by the door made by local artists (i think) that caught my eye. I forgot to take one but they are free. Could be a cool souvenir of your time in Berlin. ”

“ My favourite coffe place in Berlin. The location is perfect, you can get there by U-bahn or by bus, it’s in the centre of Berlin so getting there is no problem. It’s located in kind of an underground place and I find it really cool. It’s very cozy, not massive but not small. You’ll certainly find a place to sit and there isn’t too many people so it’s nice. You can also sit under a tent outside if you prefer. Love it here. The pastries are BOMB, definitely worth trying. A bit pricey I would say, but nice place to work or relax ”
